Ashley is one of our owners and expert trainers. She has been an ACE certified trainer for over 10 years along with being a behavior change specialist. She received her Bachelors in exercise science and Psychology and Masters in Mental Health Counseling. She has worked at many gyms and weight loss camps around the country helping clients reach their health and fitness goals. She has an extreme passion for helping people become healthier physically, mentally, and emotionally.

HANNAH
Hannah is a certified independent personal trainer and business owner specializing in strength, conditioning and mobility. Hannah works with a variety of clients while targeting strength training for women from 25-75 years old, beginner to and advanced. Hannah's training philosophy pivots around helping each client understand the way the body works, how to train it, implementing small consistent changes and how to understand their own strengths and weaknesses.

Emerson is a certified personal trainer with a background in volleyball and indoor track and field. He specializes in High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and circuit training for muscular strength and total body transformation. He caters to clients of all levels, prioritizing strength and power conditioning. He's passionate about helping clients achieve their gym and athletic goals, offering tailored routines for busy schedules. With a focus on pushing limits and achieving results, Emerson also enjoys preparing individuals for challenging events like Spartan Races or Half Marathons.
